About the Humble Hill Toppers
Mission
Statement
Our
Mission is to lead people to the grace of Jesus Christ through
the experience of a common interest, to fellowship with other
believers, and to enjoy all of God’s creations.
Core Values
1.
We believe there is only one way
to eternal life, and that is through His Son, Jesus Christ.
(John 14:6)
2.
We believe there is only one
God; the God of the Holy Bible. Existing as three separate
personages; (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit), yet one God
(eternal, all-knowing, all-seeing, all-loving, all-powerful and
Holy).
3.
We are Christians first and
foremost and Humble Hill Toppers second. (Matthew 28:16-20)
4.
We believe in the power of
Prayer. (John 14:13-14)
5.
We believe that all people have
sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God and only through the
redemption of His Son, Jesus Christ, will we be forgiven.
(Romans 3:23-24)
6.
We believe that God’s perfect
plan includes salvation of all sinners through His own sacrifice
in the person of Jesus Christ; born on earth of a Virgin, lived
a sinless life, ministered to all people performing the miracles
attributed to Him, and died on the Cross for our sins, all
according to the Scriptures. (John 3:16)
7.
We believe that the Bible is the
only direct, infallible, authoritative, word of God. (2 Timothy
3:16-17)
8.
We believe that God’s plan
include sharing this “good news” (of salvation in Jesus Christ)
with others. (Matthew 28:18-20)
9.
We believe that all sensitive
topics shall be handled with grace and truth. (Matthew 18:15-20)
10.
Finally, we believe that on a day of God’s own choosing, that
Jesus Christ will return to earth to gather His church to
Himself. Every knee
shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord
(Romans 14:10) and those who’s name is in the Lamb’s Book of
Life will be risen up with Him to meet in Heaven for eternity.
